Video Measuring Machine

Vibration Testing Machine

The Vibration Testing Machine simulates real-world stress conditions to ensure product durability and reliability. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 180°C and supports relative humidity from 10% to 95% RH. With a gravitational force capacity of up to 100g (depending on armature load), it performs shock, sinusoidal, and random vibration tests—ideal for validating components in demanding environments.

Universal Testing Machine

The Universal Testing Machine is designed for precise mechanical property evaluation across a wide range of materials. Equipped with a 5kN load cell, it offers a test speed range of 0.01 to 500 mm/min, allowing for flexible test configurations. With a force accuracy of 0.5% and a measuring range from 0.5% to 100% of full scale, it ensures highly accurate tensile, compression, and flexural testing for quality and performance validation.

03 Environmental Testing

Thermal Shock Chamber

The Thermal Shock Chamber is engineered to evaluate material resilience under extreme temperature variations. With a 150-liter chamber volume, it cycles between high temperatures of 70°C to 200°C and lows of 0°C to -65°C. A rapid basket transition time of under 10 seconds and a temperature fluctuation of ±1°C ensure accurate simulation of harsh thermal environments for accelerated life testing.

Environmental Test Chamber

The Environmental Test Chamber is designed to replicate a wide range of climatic conditions for product testing. With a spacious 300-liter capacity, it offers a temperature range from -40°C to 180°C and supports relative humidity levels between 10% and 95% RH. This chamber is ideal for assessing the performance and reliability of components under varying environmental stresses.

04 Ingress Protection Testing

The Rain Test Chamber

The Rain Test Chamber is built to assess water resistance and ingress protection under controlled conditions. With a test space of 850×850×750 mm, it supports a wide range of standards, including IPX1, IPX2, JIS-R1, R2, S1, S2, and IPX9K. This chamber ensures reliable evaluation of product sealing and durability against water exposure in real-world scenarios.

The Dust Test Chamber

The Dust Test Chamber is designed to evaluate the resistance of components to dust ingress in accordance with industry standards. With a spacious 1000-liter chamber volume, it is capable of performing both IP5X and IP6X tests. This ensures accurate assessment of sealing effectiveness and long-term performance in dusty environments.

The Immersion Test Chamber

The Immersion Test Chamber is engineered to validate water ingress protection through controlled submersion testing. Capable of performing both IPX7 and IPX8 standards, it supports immersion depths up to 1.1 meters and water pressure ranging from 0 to 3 bar. With simulation cycles up to 30 minutes, it ensures reliable performance of components in submerged environments.

The Dielectric & IR Tester

The Dielectric & IR Tester ensures high-voltage insulation integrity with both AC and DC withstand voltage capabilities—up to 10kV AC and 12kV DC. It performs insulation resistance testing across a broad range from 0.1 MΩ to 50.0 GΩ, enabling accurate validation of electrical safety and compliance in demanding environments.

The DC Electronic Load

The DC Electronic Load is designed for versatile power testing, supporting an input range of 0–150 V, 0–60 A, and up to 300 W. With multiple operating modes—including Constant Current, Voltage, Resistance, and Power—it provides precise control and simulation of real-world load conditions for reliable device validation.

The Source Measure Meter

The Source Measure Meter combines precision sourcing and measurement with a current range of 10nA to 1A DC and voltage capabilities from 20mV to 200V. With a basic accuracy of 0.012%, it’s ideal for low-level signal testing, enabling highly accurate characterization of electronic components and materials.

The DC Programmable Power Supply

The DC Programmable Power Supply delivers up to 40V, 38A, and 1520W of output, offering precise voltage and current control for advanced testing scenarios.
